He discovered his calling in helping families achieve the dream of homeownership after graduating from the University of Virginia in 2003. Beyond his professional achievements, Rob is a devoted family man, being married to his wife Taylor since 2010.  In his downtime, he enjoys pursuits such as painting, reading, golfing, running, and playing the guitar. Rob’s commitment to a balanced life is evident in his after-lunch walks with his wife and their beloved Goldendoodle, Trevi. Chris Barker

Production Manager

I am the Production Manager for the Rudd Team and have worked for Rob for over 17 years. I am a licensed loan officer in 10 states and looking forward to helping you through the mortgage process. My role begins once you are under contract and you have finalized your loan strategy with Rob or Chris. As your liaison to the underwriter and approval process, I will guide you through the process to get your loan approved as quickly and smoothly as possible. We work hard to make sure you are comfortable with every step in the process. Once we have your loan fully approved I will also help you understand the final numbers; your future mortgage payment and your cash to close.

I have three children all active in several sports, so I’m also a part-time chauffeur. I love spending time with my kids and wife who is a Fairfax County teacher. I love the outdoors, whether biking, skiing, hiking or fishing.
